Looking for a steak that’s full of flavour but won’t break the bank? Our 4 x 200g Flat Iron Steaks are a butcher’s favourite, taken from the shoulder, they’re lean, tender, and best cooked quickly over high heat. Just bring to room temperature, season generously, and then sear in a hot pan or on the BBQ for 2–3 minutes per side for medium-rare (aim for 55–60°C). Don’t forget to rest them for 5 minutes!
Flat iron steak is a versatile cut that’s perfect for steak salads, sizzling fajitas, or slicing over chips with our rich pepper steak sauce. Fancy a flavour twist? Try marinating it with soy, garlic, and a touch of honey before cooking.
These steaks are also ideal for batch cooking and meal prep: simply cook, slice, and refrigerate. Keep chilled for up to 2 days, or freeze on arrival to lock in freshness.
