If you’re after a turkey joint that’s easy to cook and full of flavour, our boneless turkey breast roll is just the job. Expertly prepared by our butchers using quality turkey, it’s ideal for Sunday roasts, family get-togethers and who could forget, Christmas! For best results, roast until the centre reaches 75°C, then rest before carving to keep it juicy and tender.
It’s delicious served hot with all the trimmings, in a curry or sliced cold the next day for sandwiches, and we’d recommend brushing it with butter, seasoning generously and adding a few sprigs of fresh herbs before roasting to really bring out the flavour.
