Our Sirloin on the Bone (1 x 340g, 12oz) is a premium cut that delivers exceptional tenderness. Cooking it on the bone helps retain moisture and adds depth, making it a perfect choice for steak night or a special meal at home.
For best results, bring to room temperature before cooking. Season generously with salt and pepper, then sear in a hot pan or on a grill for 3 to 4 minutes per side for medium-rare (depending on thickness). Finish with a knob of butter and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve with chunky chips, grilled mushrooms, and peppercorn sauce for a steakhouse-style dinner. This cut is also perfect for sharing as part of a mixed grill or steak platter.
