Flat Iron Steak

Flat iron steak, cut from the shoulder or chuck area of the cow, is renowned for its tenderness and rich flavour. Despite originating from a well-used muscle, our butchers carefully remove tough connective tissue, leaving a steak that is both flavourful and tender.
