Ideal for recipes like meatballs, burgers, sausages, and kofta kebabs, lamb mince is a great alternative to beef mince!

Owton’s Top Tips!
Our Large Kofta Kebabs in Mint Glaze (4 x 110g) are packed with seasoned lamb and finished with a sweet, herby mint glaze that caramelises beautifully when cooked. They’re a great option when you want something full of flavour without lots of work!
Cook on the grill, barbecue or in the oven at 180°C for 20 to 25 minutes, turning halfway through to get an even finish. Make sure they’re piping hot and nicely caramelised before serving.
These kebabs are perfect tucked into flatbreads with salad and a dollop of yoghurt dip, or served with couscous and roasted vegetables for a fresh, quick, tasty meal.
Store chilled and use within a few days, or freeze on arrival for another time.
