Chicken Thighs
Our butchers will tell you that bone-in chicken thighs are a favourite for those who crave rich flavour and juicy, tender meat. Cut from the leg of the chicken, thighs are naturally higher in fat than breasts, giving them a deeper, more savoury taste that holds up well to a variety of cooking methods, from grilling and baking to slow-cooking and frying.

Owton’s Top Tips!
Our Bone-In, Skin-On Chicken Thighs (8, min 1kg) are packed with flavour and perfect for roasting, grilling or slow-cooking. The bone keeps them juicy, and the skin crisps up beautifully when cooked at high heat.
Roast at 200°C for 35–40 minutes until golden and cooked through (75°C internal temp). Great with marinades, try smoky BBQ, lemon & herb, or spicy harissa. Keep refrigerated or freeze in portions. A budget-friendly cut with serious flavour!

Taken from the rib section of the lamb, lamb cutlets include the rib bones and the surrounding marbled meat, making it incredibly juicy and full of flavour when cooked right.

Owton’s Top Tips!
Our 10 Lamb Cutlets (900g) are tender, juicy, and packed with flavour, perfect for pan-frying, grilling, or barbecuing. Season simply with salt, pepper, and olive oil, then cook for 2–3 minutes per side for a lovely pink centre (60°C internal temp).
Try with rosemary and garlic, or add a spice rub for something bold. Great with minted peas, couscous or roasted veg. Store chilled or freeze in portions. Quick to cook, easy to love, these are a butcher’s favourite for a reason!
