INGREDIENTS:
- 8 Pork Sausages
- 8 Rashers of Bacon
- 4 Tomatoes
- 4 Flat Mushrooms
- 8 Eggs
- 4 Slices of Bread
- Begin by cooking your sausages in your frying pan at medium to high heat. Cooking your sausages slowly will ensure they are served full of enriching juicy flavours.
- Once your sausages have begun to brown, add your bacon to the frying pan and cook the same way, making sure to toss frequently.
- Take a new frying pan and add a small amount of olive oil. Once the oil is hot in the pan, add your tomatoes and mushrooms (you can also add a small amount of butter if desired)
- As your bacon, sausages, tomatoes and mushrooms are cooking away add the eggs into your second frying pan, once cooked set aside on a warm dish.
- When your meat and vegetables are nearly cooked through, put your slices of bread into your toaster.
- Time to plate up! Once cooked thoroughly, ensuring your meat is cooked through, place 2 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, 1 mushroom, 1 tomato, 2 eggs and a slice of buttered toast on each plate and enjoy!
