INGREDIENTS:
Pork Belly
- Owtons Whole Rindless Belly Pork – 4 Pork Belly Slices (800g)
For the Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Onion Powder
- 3 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Garlic Powder
For the Marinade
Instructions:
- Cut your tender meat into 4 equal Pork Belly strips.
- Marinate your Belly of Pork in your Smokey BBQ Glaze or BBQ Sauce for at least 4hours.
- Mix all of your seasoning ingredients together and place them into a low bowl.
- Rub your seasoning into the rindless belly of pork.
- Prepare your barbecue and allow your barbecue to reach at least 110c.
- Place your Belly of Pork onto your barbecue and leave to smoke for up to 4hours until the meat is cooked thoroughly.
- Enjoy! Once you have cooked the Pork Belly, remove it from your BBQ and enjoy!
