Air Fryer Delight: Crispy Sweet Chilli Chicken Wings

This recipe (put together by our butchers) ensures you get the crispiest, most flavourful chicken wings straight from your air fryer, ideal for a BBQ family meal or a fun snack with friends!

COOK: 30 minutes

SERVES: 3

INGREDIENTS:

    • 6 Chicken Wings
    • 1 tbsp Cornflour
    • 1 tsp Paprika
    • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
    • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
    • 1/4 tsp Fine Salt
    • 1/4 tsp Pepper Sauce
    • 50 ml Sweet Chilli Sauce
    • 1 tbsp Ketchup
    • 1/2 tsp Garlic Paste
    • 1/2 tbsp Sesame Oil
    • 1 tbsp Honey
    • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
    • 1 tsp Lime Juice
    • Chilli Flakes (Adjust according to spice preference)
    • Optional Garnish
    • Sesame Seeds
    • Fresh Chillies
    • Spring Onions

Instructions

1. Mix all dry ingredients for the chicken rub and set aside.

2. Pat dry the wings and toss them in the dry ingredients.

3. Air fry for 12 minutes at 180°C, flip the wings, and fry for another 12 minutes.

4. Make the sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients in a pan over medium heat until bubbling.

5. Brush the sauce on the wings and air fry for another 4 minutes.

6. Toss the cooked wings in the leftover sauce and serve hot.

7. Enjoy these crispy sweet chilli wings as a delightful side or a main meal paired with wedges and salad!
