Fancy a steak that’s full of flavour? Our Rump Steaks (2 x 225g) are a butcher’s favourite, lean, juicy and packed with deep beefy character. Cut from the rear of the animal, they’re ideal for quick, hot cooking. Bring to room temperature, season simply, and sear in a hot pan or on the grill for 2–3 minutes per side for medium-rare (aim for 55–60°C). Rest for 5 minutes before serving to keep them tender and juicy.
Serve with thick-cut chips, grilled tomatoes and mushrooms for a classic steak night, or slice thinly for steak salads, ciabattas or stir-fries. These steaks love a marinade too!
