Looking for a steak that’s full of flavour? Our Rump Steaks (2 x 225g) are a butcher’s favourite! Lean, juicy, and packed with a bold, beefy taste. Cut from the rear of the animal, they’re perfect for quick, high-heat cooking.
For best results, bring to room temperature, season simply, then sear in a hot pan or on the grill for 2–3 minutes per side for medium-rare (target 55–60°C). Rest for 5 minutes before serving to keep the meat tender and succulent.
Enjoy with thick-cut chips, grilled tomatoes, and mushrooms for a proper steak night, or slice thinly for steak salads, ciabattas, or stir-fries. They’re great with rubs too—try Billy’s Steak Rub for a bold twist.
