Our Three-Bone Racks of Lamb (4, 1.3kg total) are an elegant cut that’s tender, full of flavour, and perfect for impressing guests! Roast whole at 200°C for 20–25 minutes for medium-rare (internal temp around 55–60°C), then rest before slicing into individual cutlets.
Delicious with rosemary and garlic, or crusted with herbs and mustard. Serve with seasonal greens and buttery mash for a showstopping dinner. Keep chilled or freeze if needed. Restaurant-quality lamb, expertly butchered and ready for your oven.
