Nothing beats a classic roast, and our 1.9kg Whole Chicken is just the bird for the job. Sourced from trusted, higher-welfare farms and prepared by our expert butchers, it’s plump, juicy, and packed with natural flavour. Roast at 180°C for around 1 hour 40 minutes, or until the juices run clear and the internal temperature reaches 75°C. Always let it rest for 15–20 minutes before carving, it helps keep everything tender and juicy.
Want to take it up a notch? Rub the skin with butter, garlic, and herbs, or stuff with lemon and rosemary for added flavour. Serve with roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and a rich gravy for a guaranteed family favourite.
Leftovers are just as versatile! Spare chicken is ideal for sandwiches, salads, or simmering into homemade stock. Keep refrigerated for up to 2 days, or freeze on arrival to enjoy later.
