Owton’s Large Whole Chicken (minimum 1.9kg) come from healthy hens and are perfect for roasting in the winter months. Ideal for Sunday roasts, they are giblet free and ready for roasting, but if roasts aren’t your thing, they make for a great midweek meal whether that be a curry or pie – something for everyone!

Our Large Whole Chicken’s are a minimum of 1.9kg and typically serves 4 – 6 people. All of our Whole Chickens follow Higher Welfare guidelines so that you can be sure you receive meat that has incredible taste and flavour, while safe in the knowledge you’re purchasing a hen that has lived a happy life.
Before cooking, season with salt, pepper and a choice of herbs and spices to get the best tasting Whole Chicken.
