Looking for a steak that’s full of flavour? Our 14oz Bone-In Ribeye (396g) is a real showstopper. Cut thick and left on the bone for maximum flavour, this steak offers rich marbling, a juicy bite, and that unmistakable beefy depth ribeye is known for. Let it come to room temperature before cooking, season generously with salt and pepper, then sear in a hot pan or on the BBQ for 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare (internal temp around 55–60°C). Rest for at least 5–10 minutes before serving.
Delicious with chunky chips, grilled asparagus or our diane steak sauce, and even better with a glass of red on the side. For extra indulgence, finish with a knob of garlic butter or blue cheese. Store in the fridge for up to 2 days or freeze if needed (just defrost fully before cooking). This is steakhouse quality from a butcher you can trust.
