Planning a proper Sunday roast? Our 0.9–1.0kg Topside of Beef Joint is a lean, tender cut that delivers classic flavour and slices up beautifully. Hand-prepared by our butchers, it’s best roasted low and slow to keep it juicy. For medium doneness, roast at 180°C for around 50 minutes to an hour (internal temp of 60–65°C), then rest for 20 minutes before carving, this helps keep every slice tender and full of flavour!
We recommend rubbing the joint with English mustard, garlic, and a touch of olive oil before roasting, or keep it simple with salt, pepper, and fresh rosemary. Serve it up with Yorkshire puds, crispy roasties and seasonal veg for a true and trusted family favourite. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze on arrival if needed.
