After a proper steakhouse experience at home? Our 16oz T-Bone Steak (454g) delivers just that, with tender fillet on one side and juicy sirloin on the other, all cooked on the bone for extra depth of flavour.
Let the steak come to room temperature before cooking, then season generously with salt and pepper. Sear in a hot pan or on the grill for 4 to 5 minutes each side until the internal temperature reaches 55 to 60°C for medium-rare. Rest for at least 5 minutes to allow the juices to settle before slicing.
