Meat Roasting Calculator

Click ‘Get Started’, choose your meat and cut from the side bar, then enter the weight in kg (for poultry, use the stuffed weight). For beef or lamb, select your preferred doneness – well done, medium, or rare. Click ‘Submit’ to see recommended browning and cooking times, temperatures and resting time. Click ‘checking for doneness’ to find the ideal internal temperature when the meat is perfectly cooked.
