INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Gammon Steaks
- 2 Baking Potatoes / Cut into Chunky Chips
- 2 Eggs
- Olive Oil (1 tbsp)
- The first step in achieving this delicious dish is to preheat your oven to 180C Fan/200C/ Gas 6.
- Smother your cut baked potatoes in olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper. Once seasoned and oiled, place your chips on a baking tray and into the oven for 25-30 minutes depending on how crispy you’d like them.
- After 15 minutes of cooking time, open your oven and place your thick slices of gammon onto the same tray and leave to bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- After 15 minutes have passed, take the tray out of the oven making space for 2 eggs.
- Crack two eggs onto the tray and place them back into the oven for another 5 minutes.
- Once the egg is set and the gammon is cooked through, place it onto your plates with ketchup and serve.
