Owton's Very Best BBQ Pork Belly Recipe

BBQ Pork Belly is a simple, yet ultimate dish that you can make with pork without any hassle. This barbecued Pork Belly recipe is perfect for using on your barbeque with a suitable amount of fat that ensures the meat is kept juicy and full of delicious flavours.  

This for sure might not be the healthiest of dishes but is guaranteed to be a winner for your guests if you are alfresco dining with a barbeque or are looking for an unmatchable recipe for a dinner party. 

Our bbq pork belly recipe is at its best when it is rubbed with our smokey barbecue sauce, seasoned with plenty of salt and pepper and covered in olive oil. This ensures the meat is served juicy and full of enriching flavours as well as being extra crispy!

PREP: 20 minutes

COOK: 4 hours

INGREDIENTS:

Instructions:

  1. Cut your tender meat into 4 equal Pork Belly strips.
  2. Marinate your Belly of Pork in your Smokey BBQ Glaze or BBQ Sauce for at least 4hours. 
  3. Mix all of your seasoning ingredients together and place them into a low bowl. 
  4. Rub your seasoning into the rindless belly of pork.
  5. Prepare your barbecue and allow your barbecue to reach at least 110c.
  6. Place your Belly of Pork onto your barbecue and leave to smoke for up to 4hours until the meat is cooked thoroughly. 
  7. Enjoy! Once you have cooked the Pork Belly, remove it from your BBQ and enjoy!
